Freedom of Movement. Fast Access to Pelvic Health.

Whether you are a physical therapist, Pilates instructor, or other health care provider or suffer from pelvic symptoms yourself, you will encounter pelvic floor and core issues daily. So many people believe they have to live with pelvic issues when this is not true.

This workshop will dive deep into the musculoskeletal system of the pelvic floor and pelvis and the true core and make the vital connections between pelvic conditions and overall health.

Conditions like urinary and fecal incontinence (leakage), pelvic pain, pregnancy and post-partum conditions, constipation, pain with intercourse, prolapse, and more are common but NOT normal.

This full-day workshop joins both Physical Therapy and Pilates-based concepts that will help all practitioners directly improve their patients’ symptoms, improve their symptoms, and additionally guide their patients and clients to an appropriate pelvic practitioner when needed.

It will include both presentation and active learning sessions where you can learn a variety of techniques that will consist of physical therapy, Pilates, and movement-based skills and exercises that will improve the ability to enhance both your patients’ and your health.

The knowledge and skills learned in this workshop will change your practice patterns and life.

This workshop will significantly improve your ability to recognize and manage these pelvic conditions for your patients, as well as refer patients to a pelvic specialist as needed.
